Tasklet wants every function in the company on agents: support drafts in Gmail, Stripe-to-QuickBooks matching, Zendesk into Linear, meeting briefs in Slack. You describe the goal in a thread. The agent connects tools, runs on a schedule or an event, and can open a browser when there is no API. No developer required. That is a real product for ops, finance, and exec admin.
Monial is narrower on purpose. We are the Lovable for growth. Lovable turns a prompt into an app. Monial turns a prompt into a growth workflow: one TypeScript file, scrapers and enrichment already in scope, sequencers and ads and page inboxes as first-class connectors, and a sandbox that keeps running after the chat ends.
This page is the comparison. If you want the longer map against Clay, Cargo, Deepline, and the rest, it is Monial vs others.
Tasklet is a company-wide agent command center. Agents live in threads, share connections and knowledge across the team, and take ongoing responsibility for processes: draft support replies every weekday at 7am, enrich inbound Gmail with Apollo and log HubSpot, post weekly LinkedIn drafts from industry news, mirror Zendesk into Linear. The catalog is thousands of SaaS tools, any HTTP API, any MCP server, plus computer use when the portal has no API. Pricing is usage-based with no seat fee — Starter at $25/mo, Pro at $100/mo — SOC 2 on the site, desktop app optional. Sales and marketing are two of many job functions, not the product surface.
Monial is a workflow execution platform for GTM teams. You describe the job. An agent (or Claude Code / Cursor through one MCP) writes one TypeScript file. The file calls scrappers.*, enrichments.*, integrations.*, and ai.generateOutput. Monial runs it on a cron or a webhook, in an isolated sandbox, and keeps rows in a list so the next run can see what changed. The connectors are not a general SaaS directory. They are the channels growth teams already live in: Apollo / Apify / Bright Data scrapers, FullEnrich email and phone, HubSpot, Slack, Instantly, HeyReach, Smartlead, LinkedIn / Meta / Google ads audiences, LinkedIn Page and Meta Page comment replies, Google Business reviews, Gmail and Outlook mailboxes, calendars.
These are real gaps. If one of them is the job, pick Tasklet.
Tasklet covers the whole company. Finance matching payouts, ops syncing tickets, exec prep briefs, support inbox drafts, and an internal proposal tracker built on the spot are in the same product. Monial does not replace QuickBooks, Zendesk, or Linear. A team that wants one agent layer for every department will get further in Tasklet before they get further in a GTM sandbox.
Tasklet is chat-first for non-builders. The pitch is plain English, shared agents, shared connections, approvals when the agent needs a human, and instant apps from a prompt. Monial expects someone willing to let an agent write TypeScript, or to read the file. There is no visual canvas and no Dock-installed internal app factory.
Tasklet's connector surface is wider. Thousands of SaaS tools, private APIs, and MCP servers, with a browser for the rest. Monial's integration list is short and opinionated: sequencers, CRM, Slack, ads, social pages, email, calendar, plus webhooks for everything else. If the hard problem is "talk to whatever tool finance opened last quarter," Tasklet wins on breadth.
Tasklet ships team sharing as the product. Share the agent, share the connection without sharing keys, share skills and memory. Monial is org-scoped workflows and lists. Collaboration is around the file and the run log, not a shared agent persona with a member list.
Growth work needs growth connectors, not generic ones. A sales or marketing motion is not "connect Gmail and write a draft." It is: scrape engagers or jobs, keep a dedupe list, waterfall email and phone, push verified rows into Instantly or HeyReach, sync HubSpot, refresh a LinkedIn or Meta ads audience, reply to LinkedIn Page or Meta Page comments, alert Slack. Tasklet can wire many of those tools as general connections. Monial puts the GTM primitives in the file as typed calls — scrappers.getJobsFromLinkedInSearch, enrichments.getEmail, integrations.instantly.addLeads, integrations.ads.*, integrations.linkedinPage.replyToComment — with keys managed and every call in the run log. That is why our connectors matter a lot for sales and marketing: the connector is the motion, not an afterthought behind a chat tool picker.
The workflow is ordinary TypeScript an agent can own. Tasklet agents decide how to do the work each run, with model routing and a harness optimized for business tasks. That flexibility is useful when the job is fuzzy. Monial keeps the definition as a file you can read, diff, fork per client or segment, and run the same way on Tuesday that you ran on Monday. Models write TypeScript more reliably than they reconstruct a private agent thread. Agencies and GTM engineers who need a monitor per motion land here.
Scrapers, enrichment, lists, and delivery share one runtime. Tasklet will research in a browser and update a CRM. Monial's sandbox already has managed social, job, news, and page scrapers; FullEnrich for contact waterfall; lists for "what did we already send"; schedules and webhooks; and push into the sequencers and ad platforms growth teams already pay for. You are not assembling Apify + a waterfall vendor + Instantly + an ads API + a cron host from a general agent session.
One MCP for coding agents. Claude Code and Cursor talk to Monial through one server. The session ends; the sandbox stays up. Tasklet is the place the business user lives in threads. Monial is the place the GTM engineer (or Monial's own agent) deploys the file that has to keep watching buying signals after the laptop closes.
Generic "connect everything" catalogs treat Gmail, HubSpot, and LinkedIn as equal peers of QuickBooks and Linear. For growth teams they are not.
| Motion | What the connector has to do | Why a GTM-native connector wins |
|---|---|---|
| Outbound list build | Scrape → enrich → dedupe → enroll | Sequencer APIs (Instantly, HeyReach, Smartlead) plus a list that remembers yesterday's rows |
| Inbound or signal watch | Jobs, posts, engagers, news on a schedule | Managed scrapers, not a browser login every morning |
| CRM hygiene | Create or update contacts and companies | HubSpot functions in the file, schema-checked output |
| Paid amplification | Sync customer or company lists to ads | LinkedIn, Meta, and Google audiences as integrations.ads.* |
| Social inbox | Reply to Page comments and reviews | LinkedIn Page, Meta Page, Google Business in the same runtime |
| Alerting | Tell the team what is new | Slack send with the run log as evidence |
Tasklet's strength — any SaaS, any API, browser when stuck — is the right default for company-wide ops. Sales and marketing still fail when enrichment, enrollment, and ads sync are improvisations inside a long agent trace. Monial's connectors are the short list that makes a growth workflow honest: metered, typed, and the same every run.
| Tasklet | Monial | |
|---|---|---|
| Built for | Whole-company agents (sales, marketing, ops, finance, exec) | GTM / growth workflows and monitors |
| How you build | Chat with an agent; share agents and connections | Describe it → TypeScript file (product agent or Claude Code / Cursor MCP) |
| Connectors | 3000+ SaaS, HTTP, MCP, browser | Scrapers, FullEnrich, HubSpot, Slack, sequencers, ads, pages, email, calendar, webhooks |
| Runtime shape | Persistent agents, triggers, approvals, instant apps | Isolated sandbox, cron / webhook, lists between runs |
| Truth of the workflow | Agent behavior and automations in the product | One readable file + run log |
| Pricing shape | Usage credits, no seats (from $25/mo) | Credits while workflows run (from $79/mo) |
| Pick it when | Every department needs the same agent layer | Sales and marketing need hosted GTM connectors as code |
Monial is for GTM teams of every size who want growth software the way Lovable users want apps: describe the outcome, get something real that ships, then iterate the artifact. The artifact here is not a dashboard. It is a monitor or a one-off that scrapes, enriches, and pushes through the channels that create pipeline.
Tasklet is the better buy when the company wants one agent surface for support, finance, ops, and marketing together, chat-first, with a wide tool catalog and browser fallback. Pick Tasklet when breadth across functions is the product.
Pick Monial when the job is growth: buying signals, lists, enrichment, sequencers, ads audiences, and page replies — as code that keeps running. Our connectors are not a vanity integration wall. They are why a sales or marketing workflow can be one file instead of a basket of keys and a hope that the agent remembers the Instantly campaign id tomorrow.
